Kilnfield is a large house sleeping up to seven people, with ample off-road parking. The main rooms in the house (the lounge, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room) are on the upper floor and all enjoy magnificent views over the creek, woods and fields.

The house is comfortably furnished and equipped; the kitchen contains a double electric oven, together with a separate electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a colour TV and video in the lounge. Outside in the garden is a utility building with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and table-top freezer. |
There are two twin bedrooms on the lower floor (one with en-suite bathroom), a shower room with basin and toilet, and a further cloakroom/toilet. The third (large) bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with three single beds. Next to this is a second shower room with basin and toilet. |
